What Serafino Provides

Serafino provides a comprehensive suite of tools designed for app developers and businesses to streamline and enhance the marketing and monetization of their platforms, products, or services. By facilitating the placement of various ad types on digital properties, Serafino enables publishers to display ads effectively. If publishers choose to incorporate ads, Serafino assists in delivering those ads to you on behalf of advertisers.

How Serafino Displays Ads

To present you with relevant and interesting advertisements, often referred to as interest-based advertising, we utilize device information along with data collected about your interactions with apps, ads, and other digital platforms, as outlined in our Privacy Statement.

Opting Out of Interest-Based Advertising

You can adjust your opt-out preferences through your mobile device settings or reach out to us via the Serafino DSR Request Form or at dataprotection@bucoup.com for any inquiries.

Below are the instructions for the latest iOS and Android devices. Your device may offer different options based on its version and carrier. Note that if your advertising ID (IDFA/GAID) changes, you may need to opt out again.

o iOS devices:

you can go to “Settings” > “Privacy & Security” > “Tracking” to manage whether apps can track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites.

o Android devices:

You can go to “Settings” > “Security and Privacy” > “Privacy Controls” > “Ads” to delete your advertising ID or adjust your ad personalization settings.

You may also be able to opt-out through the underlying mobile app developer, among other choices you may have in relation to ads.)

Opting out of interest-based advertising doesn’t mean you’ll stop seeing ads from Serafino. You may continue to see ads, but they will be less relevant to your interests.
